When your standard Suzuki warranty ends after 3 years, Suzuki’s Service Activated Warranty takes over and gives you an additional warranty every time you service with us – all the way up until your car is 10 years old or has reached 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.
You just need to have a qualifying service, which Quest Motor Group can provide, and you’ll be covered until your next service.
Once the qualifying service has been completed, our service team will notify Suzuki and will ask you to scan a QR code to active the Service Activated Warranty.
That’s ok, regardless of service history, once your Suzuki has had a qualifying service at Quest and any defective components have been rectified as per our recommendations, your Suzuki will then be covered until the next service.
That’s also ok, the Service Activated Warranty can apply to all Suzuki vehicles up until they are 10 years old or have reached 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. All you need to do is have a qualifying service, and once any defects have been rectified, you’ll be covered until your next service.
Terms and Conditions Apply. Available to UK customers on Suzuki cars under 10 years old and under 100,000 miles. Warranty is valid for up to 12 months or (if lower) 9,000/12,500 miles (mileage cap varies based on model’s service interval). Activates on first qualifying service and renews on subsequent qualifying services, up to a maximum of 10 years from the date of first registration or (if lower) 100,000 miles. A qualifying service is one carried out by a Suzuki service partner in accordance with the applicable Suzuki service interval. Cars without a full, up-to-date Suzuki service history will be subject to an initial health check and any identified faults will be excluded from warranty cover unless repaired at your cost during the qualifying service.
