Customer Service Advisor

45 hours per week plus 1 in 4 Saturdays at 5 hours

Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00 – outbound customer service role

Saturday 08:00 – 13:00 (1 in 4) – inbound switchboard role

The Role

  • Manage large amounts of non-sales outbound calls on a daily basis
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve top satisfaction
  • Resolve customers’ queries and complaints
  • Maintain and administer customers’ service plan accounts

Essential

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a customer support role
  • Proven record of complaint handling
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to use own initiative to make decisions and solve problems
  • Strong call handling and listening skills
  • Strong computer skills, there are various systems used successively

Preferred

  • Motor trade background
  • Experience with any CRM systems
  • Within a reasonable travelling distance from Braintree
