We have taken the difficult, but important decision to temporarily close our dealerships in Braintree and Maldon with immediate effect due to COVID-19.
We are taking this action following last nights announcement from the Prime Minister who made clear the severity of the situation within the UK. Whilst we were keen to keep the business running as normal, we must now put the safety of our staff, customers and community first. We will remain open on the 24/03/2020 for customers to collect their vehicles from our workshop.
Whilst our dealerships are closed, we have put processes in place to allow you to continue to purchase vehicles from us, as well as to book a service, MOT or repair.
Purchasing a VehiclePurchasing a vehicle from us is easier than ever thanks to our secure online purchasing process. Simply visit our website, find your perfect vehicle and purchase with one of the three below options:
- Reserve the vehicle so it’s ready for you to view when we reopen
- Pay in full for your new car
- Complete a finance application and get approved in minutes for your new car
If you pay in full or purchase on finance you have the option to select delivery or collection, we’ll arrange either the delivery or collection of your new vehicle as soon as we reopen.
Booking a Service, MOT or Repair
If you would like to book your vehicle in for a service, mot or repair when we re-open, please click the button below and complete the enquiry form. Once we reopen, a member of the team will contact you to book your vehicle in with us as a priority.

At Quest Motor Group, we pride ourselves on taking great care of both our customers and employees and we will continue to do so by taking preventative actions against the COVID-19 Virus.
We are open for business as usual and we want to assure you that any appointments to view, collect or fix vehicles continue to go ahead. Should any customer not wish to visit the dealership, please do get in contact with us as we can arrange delivery for those purchasing a new vehicle as well as collection and delivery for our service and parts customers.
Like many of you, our management team has spent time learning about COVID-19 and how it may affect our employees, customers and community, and how we can do our part to help prevent the spread of the virus.
We have implemented a scheduled cleaning routine during business hours that includes disinfecting all surfaces, doorknobs, handles and other contact areas. We also have sanitizer available at all entrances and exits to the dealerships and would encourage our customers to make use of these on their visits to us.
We recognise that the situation is worrying but we want to reassure you that we are actively monitoring the situation and following Government Advice to ensure you can continue to enjoy your visit to our dealership.
We also wanted to take this opportunity to remind customers of our Buy Online facility at Quest Motor Group. If you’ve found the perfect vehicle for you, you can complete the full transaction online, without having to leave the comfort of your own home.
Our Buy Online facility allows you to leave a fully refundable £99 deposit, purchase the vehicle online, or apply for finance. Once completed, our friendly team can then deliver your new vehicle straight to your door, negating the need for you to physically visit our showroom.
