Saab 9-3 Aero

I am writing to you because I feel it is necessary to bring to your attention the level of excellent service afforded over the course of 2005 by Richard Cowan.
In April 2005 I purchased a year-old Saab 9-3 Aero from Quest Motors in Maldon and I was very happy with it. Subsequently, I then purchased a year-old Astra convertible from Richard for my wife. However, due to a change in personal circumstances we decided to trade in both of these cars and on November 12th collected our brand new Saab 9-3 Aero.
On each and every occasion during my negotiations with Richard he has been totally professional and incredibly affable. Moreover, he has been honest, respectful and very easy to deal with. Yet his efforts go well beyond just professionalism and politeness. His understanding of our needs, and the desire to reach them on our behalf, have been not only clear to see but very refreshing to experience. We have bought many cars over the years and Richard continues to be, without doubt, the best sales executive and nicest guy we have ever dealt with in this industry. He always makes himself avaliable, even for the slightest question or concern, and continues to be a man of integrity.
On the basis of this attention to detail, and considerable efforts over the past few months, I wanted to bring to your attention confirmation that he is a major asset to your company and it continues to be my pleasure to deal with him. I have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends and family interested in purcahsing any vehicle that Quest Motors deals with.
