SERVICE MANAGER – BRAINTREE

What we’re looking for:

The Service Manager role is one of the toughest and demanding roles in our Dealerships. The role is critical in supporting the Dealership Directors and the Group to reach their objectives. The role holder is not only determined to achieve outstanding customer service results but is also extremely financially and sales orientated. Therefore, we are looking for an exceptional individual who will have demonstrated a solid background of service management in a franchised dealership environment. You must be committed to achieving excellence. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team. You will be able to demonstrate that you possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Hours: 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday (45 hours) and Alternate Saturdays 8am to 1pm
