Full Time Position
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm (40hrs per week)
Monday to Friday - 10am to 4pm (27.5hrs per week)
We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to support our busy Service Department. Would suit a candidate with previous experience as a Motor Industry Service Advisor/ Warranty Administrator/ Service Administrator.
The role: To be an enthusiastic team player, able to pick up routine tasks as well as having a flexible approach to the various office/admin duties of the role.
- Ensuring customer is contacted prior to their appointment booking.
- Job Card preparation 1 day prior to booking, to be carried out in conjunction with prior appointment calls, including checking that parts required are in stock or due in on the day.
- Checking of warranty job cards before submission to Warranty Administrator – ensuring that everything on check sheet is present and correct.
- Preparing invoices for customers and informing Service reception on completion
- Covering inbound phone calls and taking messages when Service Advisors are busy.
- Filing completed Job cards and courtesy car agreements
- Actioning Late booking emails to ensure paperwork is ready for customer visit
- Dealing with Parts in Stock notifications and ensuring they are booked within 1 week of arrival.
Full clean driving licence is essential
